He was born April 28, 1913, in Washington D.C., a son of Harry Henderson Lamson.
He graduated from Western High School in Washington, D. C., the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army, Artillery, on the island of Saipan. In addition to other employments, he was a realtor in Virginia, in the areas around Leesburg, Marshall and The Plains. He moved to Winchester,which became his home until his last illness.
He was predeceased by his parents, a brother, Harry Lamson, Jr., Father Solano, of San Juan Puerto Rico.
Surviving with his wife of 46 years, Rosemarie B. Lamson, of St. Petersburg, Fla., are a son, Norman Hunter Lamson of Charlottesville; and a half-brother, Curtis Lamson.
There will not be a funeral; interment will be private.
