His survivors include a son, Glen Neill of Evless, TX; one daughter, Lisa Johannsen and husband, Mike of Blue Grass; two grandchildren; one brother, Jim Neill of Strasburg, MO, and two sisters, Shirley Andrews of Starke, FL, and Norma Higgs of Independence, MO.
