MUTRIE, William G. R.
William was born in Grand Valley, Ontario on June 15, 1912. He enlisted in 1942
and served in the North Atlantic on the Corvette New Westminster of the Royal
Canadian Navy, doing convoy duty in World War II. William was discharged in
1945 and he earned the Atlantic Star Medal for his service. He passed away on
March 20, 2012.
