Surviving are four sons, Woodrow Austin, James Austin, and Michael Ray Austin, Paintsville and Paul Austin, Warsaw, IN; six daughters, Victoria Elliot, Warsaw, Goldie Litton, Meally, Francis Morgan, Columbus, Dimple McCarty, London, OH, Doshia Clemons and Judy Jenkins, Paintsville; a brother, Pierce Caudill, SC; three sisters, Ada Baldwin, Thelma, Mandy Davis, Paintsville, and Elsie Castle, Thealka, 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Burial was in L. T. Preston Cemetery at Williamsport.
