Agnes is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet & John Osenkowsky; sisters: Marie (Albert) Jones, Rita (Louis) Cook, Eileen (David) Baldridge; brothers: Albert (Pearl) VanSchaik, John (Patricia) VanSchaik, Jerry (Phyllis) Van Schaik; sister-in-law, Edith (Earl) Hutchison; and numerous nieces & nephews.
Friends may call Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004 from 9 to 10 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 272 Bainbridge St., Dayton, OH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said 10:00 am Tuesday at Holy Trinity Church with Father Rick Friebel Celebrant. Interment in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Agnes. Arrangements in care of Magetti Gavin Funeral Home, 1508 Valley Street, Dayton, OH.
