He will be greatly missed but He will live on in the hearts of his surviving kids, Connie, Brian, Angie and Mark. His siblings and their spouses: Sue Barton of Macon, Tom and Gwen Barton of Macon, Jane Barton and John Jackson of Warner Robins, Barry Barton of Warner Robins, Barbara NeSmith of Culloden, Lena Barton of Atlanta and Tim and Cathy Barton of Macon; as well as the hearts of his sister-in-laws: Judy Barton of Macon, Shirley Sorenson of Gray; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Born in Macon, he was the son of the George Barton and Marilla Barton.
He is survived by his children, Brian Allen Barton, Mark Aaron Barton, Angie Celeste Barton and Connie Marie Baggarley all of Macon, Georgia. Brothers, Tom Barton(Gwen) and Tim Barton(Cathy), both of Macon, Ga.; Sisters, Sue Barton of Macon; Jane Barton Jackson of Warner Robins, Ga. Barbara NeSmith of Gray, Ga. Lena Barton of Atlanta, Ga. Three Grandchildren, Dylan Barton, Brock Baggarley and Ryley Hobbs.
