Marie H. Lemburg, 93, of Davenport, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Davenport Good Samaritan Center.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services. Burial will be at Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport. Arrangements are by Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport.
Mrs. Lemburg was born in 1915, in Davenport, to Max and Hedwig Kuehl. She married Raymond F. Lemburg on Nov. 25, 1966, in Moline. He died February of 2004.
She enjoyed her cat “Suki” and baking.
No immediate family survives.
I loved going to her house and listening to her stories, and seeing her pretty housecoats. She loved to collect Hummel figurines. Ray and Marie's yard was always immaculant. She was a feisty gal with a twinkle in her eye.
