Born April 13, 1940 in Toccoa, she was a daughter of the late Horace Ray and Willie Ruth Craig Fulbright.
She was of the Baptist Faith and was a homemaker.
Family members include sons, James Dale Watkins and Curtis Lee Watkins; daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Roger Dodd, Vickie Youssef, and Brenda and Joel Mendez; brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Katie Fulbright; 16 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Silven James Watkins; and 3 sisters
