Jennie Mathias, 89, of Kingston, died peacefully, Wednesday, November 12th. She was the beloved wife of the late Norman W. Mathias.
Born in South Kingstown, she was a daughter of the late Giovanni "John" and Domenica (Grillo) Tacelli.
Mrs. Mathias was employed at the Peace Dale Braiding Company for 20 years.
She is survived by a son and his fiancé William Mathias and Donna Beaulieu, with whom she lived; a daughter, Domenica Champagne and her husband Gerry of Exeter, six grandchildren, including Jade Mathias of Kingston and John Frisella of Exeter; eight great-grandchildren; and a son-in-law, William Blum Of Exeter. She was the mother of the late Louis Mathias and Louann Mathias Blum, and sister of the late Antonio Tacelli, Louis Tacelli, Ralph Tacelli, Josephine Bishop, Ida Marcryn, Anna Luba, and Congetta Holt.
