Passed away at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, Waterloo on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the age of 78.

Marlene was predeceased by her husband Ralph. She is survived by her four children, Daveen Witmer, Danny (Kristin) Witmer, Susan Witmer (Greg Bolster), Lori (Gene) Karley, grandchildren David (Ana) Schott, Bret (Paula) Schott, Craig (Nina) Witmer, Lee (Kelsey Smith) Witmer, Jacob Karley and Sara Karley and her great-grandchildren Mena, MacKenzie, Carter, Lucey and Chase. Also survived by her loving sister-in-law Evelyn Chilton. Predeceased by her brother Donald and parents Orville and Marion Chilton.

Marlene was employed at Dominion Life Assurance for over 25 years.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Marlene with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 11:30am – 12:45 pm. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:00 pm. Cremation will have taken place and a reception will follow the service in the Fireside Reception Room. Private family interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
