Peggy was born in Elizabeth and settled to Scotch Plains in 1939. Prior to becoming a Homemaker she worked for L.A. Dryfus/Wrigley Gum as a Secretary in S. Plainfield. She found enjoyment in tending to her flowers in her garden and reading. She loved her pet dogs and visiting with friends.
Marguerite is predeceased by her parents Cyril R. and Agnes T. Whitehead, and her two sons Joseph R "Buddy" and Thomas P. Wright. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 yrs. William W. Wright Jr.; her two daughters Mary A. Wright and Kathleen Chetwynd; her three grandchildren Kirsten Elisabeth and James Patrick Wright, and Peter Joseph Chetwynd; and daughter-in-law Susanne Wright.
