Claborn W. Kerley, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, in Comanche County, Texas.
He was born on September 27, 1924, in Comanche, to William Edward and Dollie (Powell) Kerley. Claborn was a WWII veteran, serving in the United States Navy. He retired from the Matagorda Bay Marine District, where he was employed as Maintenance Supervisor.
He is survived his son, Richard W. Kerley of Colleyville; daughter, Glenda Carrel Moberg of Victorville; sisters, Marcell Donaldson and Jane Kirk both of Comanche; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister, Ozella Wilson.
