On 16 October 1796, Henry (age about 28) married Anna May (age about 20) in Wethersfield, Hartford County, Connecticut. Henry was from Hartford and Anna was from Wethersfield. (Early Connecticut Marriages) Anna May was the daughter of William May and Martha Woolcott Treat, and a cousin to Mary May, daughter of Hezekiah May and Mary George, who married Henry's brother, Joseph Jr., in 1787.
About 1803, Henry and Anna moved to Trenton, Oneida County, New York where Henry appeared on the New York, U. S., Tax Assessment Rolls of Real and Personal Estates, 1799-1804. Henry and Anna had the following children:

Emily, b. 1799 in Connecticut
Henry, b. 1801 in Connecticut
Wolcott, b. 1803 in Trenton, New York
William, b. 1806 in Trenton, New York
Eliza, b. 1809 in Trenton, New York
Daniel, b. 1810 in Trenton, New York
Mary Ann, b. 1813 in Trenton, New York
Henry and Anna lived in Trenton until their deaths in 1813 and 1832, respectively. They are buried in Holland Patent Cemetery in Trenton along with their children, Henry, Daniel and Emily Morgan.
