She is survived by: two daughters, Beth (Blake) Perrin Jamison and Mitzi Perrin; one son, Jerry Allen Perrin; five grandchildren, Jordan, Coty, India and Josh Perrin and Jacob Masters, all of Richmond; one very special man, Mr. Thomas Crouch of Mt. Sterling; one brother, Steve (Ann) Smith of Versailles; two sisters, Norma (David) Shadwick of Nicholasville and Betty (Avery) Hamm of Florida; 35 nieces and nephews, Former husband Michael Wilson and many dear friends. Preceded in death by Former husband Jerry Dwayne Perrin.
A Celebration of Life will take place 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, at June Morning Hall in Richmond.
