MARJORIE A. FREIBERG
Marjorie A. Freiberg, 87, formerly of 297 E. Scott St., passed away on Friday, Feb. 16, 2007, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on March 27, 1919, in Fond du Lac a daughter to the late Eric and Susie Freenor Peisker.
Aug. 30, 1941, she married Clarence H. Freiberg at St. Louis Parsonage in Fond du Lac.
Marjorie graduated from Fond du Lac Senior High School.
She was employed at Infant Socks and Wisconsin Telephone Company prior to her marriage. After her children went to school she became employed with the downtown Sears Stores for 23 years until her retirement in 1976.
She was a member of Church of Peace and the Martha Society.
She is survived by her two children, Carol Paulson of Madison and Bob Freiberg of Hudson; four grandchildren, Jeffrey (Son Cha) Paulson of Waupaca, Jennifer (Michael) Peterson of Little Chute, Chad (special friend Jonelle Zimmerman) Freiberg of Hudson, and Erika Freiberg of Malone; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nellie Zeller of Oshkosh and Arlene Southard and Claude Jones OF Van Dyne; one sister-in-law, Helen Freiberg; also by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends; and her special friend, Esther Zielicke.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence in 1986.
Services: Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2007, at Zacherl Funeral Home. The Rev. Virginia Pych will officiate. Entombment will follow the services at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Cemetery.
Visitation: Family will receive relatives and friends from 10:30 a.m. to the time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
