ADA - Funeral services for Mona Jean Morgan, 81, Ada, will be 1 p.m.
Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at Smith-Phillips Funeral Home in Ada.
Burial follows at Memorial Park Cemetery in Ada. Officiating will be
the Rev. Robert R. Brown and assisting will be the Rev. Bob Brown and
Earl Jones.

Mrs. Morgan died Sunday, July 25, 2010, at her residence in Ada.
She was born May 28, 1929, in Okemah to Henry F. Jones and Argie Hayes Jones.

She married Floyd Morgan on May 13, 1972, in Ada.

Mrs. Morgan retired from Brockway Glass Company after 22 years of
service. She was a member of the Owl Creek Community Church in Ada.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd Morgan of the home; two sons,
Johnny Matthews and his wife Penny of Commerce, Texas, and Terry
Morgan of Ardmore; two daughters, Linda Brown of Commerce, Texas, and
JoAnn Morgan Williams and her husband Justin of Catoosa; one brother,
Earl Jones of Tatum, N.M.; one sister, Glenda Nessel of Wichita
Falls, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Argie Jones; one
brother, Buell Jones; one sister, Katherine Jackson; and one
granddaughter, Natalie Rose Williams.
