Survivors: three daughters, Rose Burnette of Lebanon Junction, Betty Oden of Irvington and Agnes Johnson of Shepherdsville; two sons, June Simmons of Shepherdsville and George Simmons Jr. of Lebanon Junction; two sisters, Pearl Downs of Bardstown and Blanche Roby of Mount Washington; 29 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Funeral: 2 p.m. Sunday, Hardy-Close Funeral Home, Shepherdsville. Burial: Cedar Grove Cemetery near Shepherdsville. Visitation: 5-9 p.m. Friday and 9:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday.
