Samuelson Rites Set In McCool
McCool - Funeral services for Charles W. Samuelson, 69, owner of Samuelson Plumbing Co., here for the past 37 years, will be Saturday at 2 pm at White Funeral Home at Chesterton.
Samuelson died Wednesday morning at Porter Memorial Hospital at Valparaiso after a short illness.
The Rev. S. L. Klopfer, of Crisman, will officiate and burial will be in McCool Cemetery. Masonic services will be concucted at the funeral home Friday at 8 pm.
Samuelson was a life-long resident of McCool. The son of Frank and Jessie Samuelson, he was born here on July 12, 1892.
He was a past master of Calumet Lodge 379, F & AM, South Bend Consistory and a past patron of Chesterton Chapter 279, Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Freda Samuelson, one daughter, Marjorie Dale of Chesterton, one sister, Mrs. Sara Kimmel of East Gary and one grandchild.

McCOOL—-Charles Samuelson,
age 69, a life-long resident of Mc-
Cool, died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday
in Porter Memorial hospital.
Born July 12, 1892, in McCool,
he was the son of Frank and
Jessie Samuelson. On July 31,
1915, in Valparaiso, he married
Freda Swanson, who survives.
Samuelson was a plumber by
trade and operated the Samuelson
Plumbing company for 37
years. He was a member of the
Calumet Masonic lodge 379, of
which he was master in 1037
member of South Bend Consis-
lory, past patron of the Chester
ton Order of Eastern Star a
member of McCool Methodist
church.
Surviving besides the widow
are one daughter, Mrs. Marjorie
Dale of Chesterton; one granddaughter,
Marie Joe Dale of Chesterton;
and one sister, Mrs. Sarah
Kimmell, East Gary.
Services will be held at 2 p.m.
Saturday In the White Funeral
home in Chesterton with the Rev.
F. L. Klopfer officiating. Burial
will be in the McCool cemetery.
Friends may call at the White
funeral home after 1 p.m. Friday.
Masonic rites will be conducted
in the funeral home at
