Ric worked for Duke Energy for twenty years before founding Carolina Fab, Inc. in 1998. He was forced to close the business in 2003 after his first encounter with cancer. After a long recovery he reopened Carolina Fab, Inc. in 2008 with aspirations of running the business with his two sons. In his later years his dreams were answered when William and Christian joined the business after graduating from college.
The family wants to express their extreme gratitude to an anonymous organ donor on September 14, 2004 for their precious gift. That gift enabled Ric and his family to spend another ten years together allowing him to be there as his boys grew up.
Interment in Hillcrest Gardens, Mount Holly, North Carolina.
Arrangements by Woodlawn Funeral Home in Mt. Holly, NC.
