A Christian wake service was held for Mary M. Fields , 41, of Manning on March 6 at Heafey-Heafey-Hoffman Dworak-Cutler West Center Chapel in Omaha with the Rev. Richard Sweenie officiating.

Mrs. Fields died March 2 at home.

Survived by husband, Phillip C. Fields Jr.; six daughters, Jennifer and April Hinman, Shari Taylor, Cheyenne Theriault, Sarah and Emily Fields ; one son, Joel Rybin; mother, Kathleen Miller; father, James R. Duke Sr.; grandsons, Ryan and Nathan Taylor; best friend, Jim Theriault.
