Rev. Webster passed away at the age of 83, and resided in Lincoln Park. He was the son of Robert J. and Marion (Irvine) Webster. They moved to the Detroit area when he was a child, and ended up in Taylor. He was a graduate of Hope College and the Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. He and his wife, Dorothy (Dot) Morrison, married in 1956. He served as a chaplain at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He also served as the pastor of churches located in Coxsackie, New York, Hawthorne, New Jersey, Denver, Colorado, and in Allen Park, Michigan. He truly enjoyed people, and was a loving family man. He liked traveling, and even completed two cross country mission trips on a bicycle. He was survived by his wife Dorothy, four sons, and a daughter. He will also be missed by his three brothers, two sisters-in-law, his twenty dear grandchildren, and his dear great-grandson. He was predeceased by his sister and her husband, Marion and Paul White, and his brother-in-law, Wayne Olson. The Funeral Service was held at First Presbyterian Church, in Trenton.
