Edward M. Adams, 77, 1817 2nd Ave., died Saturday, Aug. 16, in Weld County General Hospital. He was born Feb. 21, 1898, to William Henry and Ada May Adams at Harrisonville, Mo. At the age of 21, in 1919, he married, and to this union three children were born. In 1927 he married Laura M. Cox in Western Kansas and to this union seven children were born. She died Aug. 12, 1961, in Greeley, having come here in 1954. He worked on dairy farms until 1958, when he was empolyed by the city of Greeley until age 72. He also worked part time for Great Western Sugar Co. at Eaton. In 1969 he married Lucille C. Berry in Greeley. He was a member of the Foursquare Community Church in Greeley. Survivors include His wife, Lucille in Greeley; three sons, Floyd Adams of Little Rock, Ark., Allen Adams of Colorado Springs and Darrel Adams of Salt Lake City, Utah; five daughters, Myrtle Hinkle of Little Rock, Ark., Kathleen Dinino of Sweckley, Pa., Aline Adams of Marlin, Kan., Martha Fringer of Oberlin, Kan., and Lyla Keenan of Calyton, Kan.; a brother Roy Adams of Sidney, Neb., 32 grandchildren and four great - grandchildren. Two sons preceded him in death. Funeral services will be at 11 a. m. Tuseday at the Adamson Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Evans Cemetery.
