Mr. Thomas P. Ashley died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G.P. Sidebottom. He was 60 years old.

He worked in the flour and mill business for several years at Columbia Crossing and later worked in the lumber business with Spotswood Lumber Company.

He was survived by his son, Andy Ashley of Covington, Kentucky; his daughter, Mrs. G.P. Sidebottom of Covington, Kentucky; his brothers, B.L. Ashley of Science Hill, Kentucky and Freelen Ashley of Waterville, Kansas; and his sisters, Mrs. L.J. Hall of Science Hill, Kentucky, Mrs. Charita A. Saddler, of Somerset, Kentucky, Mrs. Sam Vanhook of Rockville, Indiana, and Mrs. Henry Hall of Norwood, Ohio.

Funeral services were held at the home of T.H. Hall in Somerset, Kentucky with Reverend W.G. Montgomery officiating. Burial was in the City Cemetery.
