Sweet baby Jase was born May 8, 2013 at the Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. He won the battles he was born with, and eventually lost the fight December 11, 2013 when he was called home to Heaven.
Survived by his loving parents, Nick and Toni; big brothers, Alan and James; grandparents, Mike & Kaye Abernathy and Joe & Theresa Green; and many other dear family members.

VISITATION 6-8pm, Friday, Dec. 20th with a MEMORIAL SERVICE at 7:30pm at Gearhart Anoka Chapel, 552 East River Rd., Anoka. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Children's Hospital.
