Mr. O'Tuel was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Everett O'Tuel,Sr. and Doris Britt O'Tuel.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Britt-O'Tuel of the home; two sons, Todd O'Tuel and wife Boyce, both of Belmont and Brit O'Tuel of the home; a brother, J.E. O'Tuel of Bladen County; a sister, Joyce Baxley of Lumberton; and three grandchildren, Jack, Joseph and Lewis O'Tuel.
