Mrs. Charles A. Omen, active charity worker died at St. Francis hospital in Peoria. She had been a patient in the hospital for several weeks following an operation. Mary Nagle Omen was born in Princeton, April 7, 1872 and was married to Charles Omen, well known Princeton contractor and lumber dealer, on February 26, 1903 at Sheffield.

For five years Mrs. Omen was chairman of the United Charities, and was also chairman of the Charity Committee of the Woman's Club of Princeton.. She was active in the Home Bureau work and was head of the Elks Ladies' Bridge Club.

She is survived by the husband, a daughter, Mary, and two brothers, John and Joe Nagle.
