Deceased Name: Orbin F. Brown
Orbin F. Brown, 84, of Harriman died
Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, at his home. A
member of Trenton Street Baptist Church,
he was manager of the White Store in
Harriman for 50 years. He was a
member of Roane County Kiwanis Club,
Masonic Lodge and he was a Shriner.
He was preceded in death by his wives,
Mildred Brown and Jeanne Brown; son,
Lynn Brown.
Survivors include his daughters, Sandra
McKean of Lenoir City, Racine Blake of
Rockwood, Penny Butler of Farragut;
sons, Terry Brown of Knoxville, Jim Lett of
Harriman; sisters, Pauline Deaton or
Roanoke, Va., Juanita Dawson of Largo,
Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 27
great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Thursday at
Kyker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
Ron Nordan officiating. Interment will be
10 a.m. Friday in Roane Memorial
Gardens. The family will receive friends
6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kyker Funeral
Home.
