Mrs. Saundra H. Johnson died peacefully on October 28, 2014 at her home in Ft. Washington, MD after a long battle with lung disease.
Born November 5, 1944, in Portmouth, VA to the late Amos Harrell Rawls, Sr. and Annie Mae Hunt Rawls. Survivors include husband, Monroe L. Johnson, Sr.; three daughters, three sons, two brothers, four sisters, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a number of other relatives and close friends. She was preceeded in death by son, James Johnson, Sr.
