GIBBS -- Marjorie A Gibbs, aged 16 of 311 Cherry St., SE, beloved foster daughter of Mrs Stella Gibbs and beloved daughter of Mrs. Albert Gibbs, passed away Saturday morning at Butterworth Hospital. Miss Gibbs reposes at Greenhoe's chapel where funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Interment in Oakhill cemetery.
Mrs Stella Gibbs is Marjorie's Aunt (her dad's sister). I'm trying to find out why she was living with her rather then at home with her mother. I do believe at this time her father had already passed away. (I have found out that her father passed away Dec 1944).
Mrs Albert Gibbs is my Grandmother Ruby Lanning.
