In 1906 at the age of four months, Florence Glattle got sick. The doctor was called to the house. He prescribed medication for her. Her father Harry Glattle went to the pharmacy to get the medication. The pharmacist was drunk, but filled the prescription anyway. Her parents (Harry and Florence Glattle) administered the medication, which killed the child. The police investigated the incident and Harry was a suspect in what was considered a murder. Finally they figured out that the pharmacist had filled the prescription for a 4 year old and not a 4 month old. It was ruled accidental.
