∼Neal J. Giannelli, 87, died peacefully at his home in Stoughton on Friday, December 5, 2014 after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of the late Charlotte (Booth) Giannelli. Son of the late Giovacchino Giannelli and Maria (Maraglia) Giannelli Stevens, he was born and educated in Stoughton. He was a resident of Sharon for 10 years before moving to Eustis, Florida after his retirement for 25 years. He returned to Stoughton 3 years ago. Mr. Giannelli was a Private First Class in the U.S. Marine Corps and a Veteran of World War II. He worked for the Sharon DPW before becoming a supervisor at the Kendall Company for 15 years until his retirement several years ago. He was a member of Pine Meadows Golf and Country Club in Florida. Along with his wife Charlotte, he enjoyed building and furnishing doll houses, as well as driving and exploring the countryside for flea markets.
