HOLD FUNERAL FOR GEORGE MOORE
HERE YESTERDAY

Funeral services were held at St. Stephens Catholic church in Larimore Wednesday morning for George Gagnon Moore, who passed away in New York City on October 27. He was 32 years of age.
Mr. Moore was born at Grafton January 15, 1923 to Mr. and Mrs. Ed Moore. He was a graduate of Larimore High School and had attended college. While in Larimore he was active in Boy Scout work several years ago.
He is survived by his parents of Larimore; two brothers, Edward F. Moore, Jr. of Houston, Texas and John M. Moore of Rochester, New York; and a sister, Mrs. Gordon Brelie of Sun Valley, California.
A rosary was said st the Rock Funeral Home Monday evening. Rev. J.H. Mulvany officiated at the service.
Pallbearers were Donald Shide, William Shide, Eugene Farrell, James Stonehouse, Donald Sweeney and Michael McMahan of McCanna. Burial was in Bellevue Cemetery.

George was my father's brother. His was a tragic death at a young age. I was a small child but remember him fairly well - so much fun.
