Philip George Cook was born on January 10, 1940 in Des Moines, Iowa the son of Donald and Erma (Teraba) Cook. On October 3, 1968, Philip was united in marriage to Elizabeth Cline in Des Moines. He owned and operated PC Enterprises. Philip was a member of the Iowa Lodge #2, the Muscatine York Rite, he served as Grand Commander of the Grand Commandrey, Knights Temple of Iowa, also Davenport Valley Scottish Rite, and High 12 International.
Philip will be deeply missed by his wife, Betty of Muscatine; one brother, Donald C. Cook and his wife, Marty of Des Moines and one sister, Kathy Harris of Dallas, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial Park checked with the funeral home and were told that to date they show he was cremated with no burial planned.
