Joyce left this earthly existence to return to her Heavenly Father, and loved ones, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Joyce was born to Richard and Hendrika Tupper of Fresno.
She attended Clovis High School and Fresno City College.
She is survived by her husband, Lorne Frazier; her two sons, Gary Rutherford and Scott Rutherford; daughter, Pamela Hart; and five stepchildren, Jeff Frazier, Jenny Slater, Jeanette Ross, Jason Frazier and Jerry Frazier, and their spouses.
She is also survived by her two sisters, Joanne Young of Redlands and Janet Galloway of Fresno. She was the grandmother to 28 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 5025 W. Ashlan in Fresno, on Friday, April 21, 2006, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Friday, April 21, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
