Mrs. Stransky, nee Mary Pech, was born Sept. 12, 1879, in the Town of Kossuth, daughter of the late Matt and Ann Cisler Pech. She was married to Joseph Stransky Jan. 31, 1899, at St. Ann Church. She always resided in the Town of Kossuth. Her husband died Dec. 20, 1952. She was a member of the Christian Mothers Altar Society.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Archie (Julia) Peltier of Mishicot, Mrs. Alvina Benzschawel of Francis Creek and Mrs. John (Anna) Jansky of Manitowoc; a son, Emil of Francis Creek; seven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. by the Christian Mothers Altar Society, parish members and friends.
