Walter Harold Newell

Walter Harold Newell passed away suddenly, Oct. 24, 2003, at his home in Vienna, W. Va..

He was retired from Monarch Rubber Co. (Teledyne) and attended N. Parkersburg, W. Va. Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by his wife, Billie; sons, Dallas and Charles Boyd; grandson, Randy Bolyard.

He is survived by his daughters, Donna Kirk of Mansfield Pansy (Fred) Gayheart of Massillon, Frances (Ronald) Bolyard of Dexter City, Glenna (Gerald) Hovatter of Thornton, W. Va., numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Emogene Robinson of Tanner, W. Va., Ellodene Yerkey of Pennsylvania; brothers, Jerald, Jr. and Harry of Orma, W. Va., Don of Marlboro, and Leon of Mogadore.

The family will receive friends Monday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hecker Funeral Home in Uniontown, where funeral services will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. with Rev. Joel Cochran officiating. Interment will be in Orma, W. Va..
