There are over one hundred marked graves ,marked by flat cement blocks in this cemetery. Around 1966 the cemetery committee removed all the rows of rocks.That were in one section .Not ones near family plots. Replaced them with flat cement slabs. In early 1960 this cemetery was badly over grown. The rocks were removed for mowing purposes. Money was raised to put up new chain link fence all around the cemetery.

Inscription

About one hundred marked graves with flat cement stepping stones in rows. My grandfather told my mother many of these were farm family members, tenant workers. Some were victims of the 1917 flu outbreak.
