Funeral services for LeRoy Julius Anderson, 54, Pocatello,Bannock, Idaho former resident of Central,Caribou, Idaho were held Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Allen Funeral Home with Bishop Howard Johnson of the Grace LDS Second Ward conducting.
Mr. Anderson passed away Tuesday, Aug. 19,1969 at Burley,Cassia, Idaho of a heart ailment.
Family prayer was by Clarence Anderson; the invocation was by Paul Christensen, and Neils Anderson read the obituary. President Kenneth Christensen was the speaker. Conrad and Galc Sanders sang "In the Garden" and "Whispering Hope."
The benediction was by Dick Holsten and the dedicatory prayer was by Warren King.
Pallbearers were Arnold Qualman, John Anderson, Charles Anderson, Clarence Anderson Jr., Fred Anderson and Orion Hegstrom.
Mr. Anderson was born April 11, 1915, at Central, to John and Sophia Bjorklund Anderson. He married Ruth Kynaston Nov. 9,1937, at Ogden, Utah and they were divorced. He then married Ruth Damewood in May, 1961, and they were divorced. He married Ruthina McCandless Dec. 7, 1968, at Grace,Idaho. He was employed in contruction work at the timeof his death. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors are his widow, of Grace; t w o daughters, Mrs. Charles (Roylene) Stoor, Soda Springs; Mrs. Blain (Cheryl) Mayne, Grace; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; a stepson, Edward Comer, Grace; a stepdaughter, Beverly Pehrson, Pocatello; a half brother, (Clarence Anderson,) Malad, and a half sister, Mrs. Irene Hart, Phoenix.
Services were under the direction of theAllen Funeral Home with burial in the Central Cemetery.
