Could this record be for their infant child? The month on this record is May instead of March and the father's initials are reversed which might be understandable since the father went by his middle name, Fuller.
Reuben E. Stewart (140128281) who is also buried in this plot is half brother to the father, Seth Fuller Stewart, and to the author, Robert Stewart (139690526).
