He is survived by his wife, their two children, his mother; father, his brother, of Conway, step-sister of Bryant and step-brother of Lonoke.
He is also survived by his grandmother, numerous loving in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces and his nephew.
He was preceded in death by Louis Jessie Harrell, Viola Harrell, Larry Dontenville and Lawrence Primm, step-brother John Blake Hum, and his niece, Fiona Douberly.
Justin was born in Little Rock and grew up in Conway. He loved life and was passionate about his family. This was easy to see and inspired the same from others. At the time of his death, he was employed by Smiley Technologies in Little Rock. He had also worked as a chef and loved cooking. His family and friends celebrated his culinary expertise, especially his crepes. His passions were coaching his children's sports teams and following the fortunes of the Philadelphia Eagles - although he never achieved his dream to see his favorite team play in person.
A Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday December 18, 2014 at Ruebel Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday December 19, 2014 at Ruebel Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Harmony Cemetery in Jacksonville.
