She was the wife of Donald C. Thomas Jr. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Hugh F. and Anne E. (Toolin) Manion, she lived in Warwick for 13 years, previously living in Cranston. She was a communicant of St. Paul Church, Cranston.
Besides her husband, she leaves three sons, Donald C. Thomas III and Michael J. Thomas, both of Warwick, and William J. Thomas of Norwich, CT; two daughters, Karen A. Thomas of Cranston and Julie M. Melvin of Warwick; two brothers, Thomas F. Manion of North Providence and Joseph T. Manion of Seekonk; three sisters, Sister Anne E. Manion, IHM, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Margaret M. McGinn of Cranston, and Julia E. Blanchette of Bradenton, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
Burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
