CROSWELL Age 89, died Thursday, December 18, 2014 at Blue Water Lodge, Fort Gratiot.

He was born June 13, 1925 in Port Huron, son of the late Gus and Hazel (Woodruff) Andrews. He and Shirley M. Gardner were married March 21, 1949 in Croswell. She died March 28, 1995.

Bob was a WW II veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of Union Local #324. He was a life member of the D.A.V.; Croswell American Legion Post #255 and the former V.F.W. Post #2382, Lexington. Member of the National Order of Trench Rats #522, Port Huron and a member of the Community of Christ Church.

Surviving are a son and daughter in law Larry and Theresa of Port Huron.

He was also preceded in death by his second wife Vera.

Memorial services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday, Dec. 22 in the Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell. Evangelist Gary Piper of the Community of Christ Church will officiate. Burial will be in Croswell Cemetery. Military services will be conducted by Croswell American Legion Post #255.

Friends may visit from 12 noon to 1 P.M. Monday.
