She was born on May 6, 1919 in the town of Northampton, the daughter of the late Clarence Leslie Collins, Sr. and Carolyn Roosevelt Collins.
Mrs. LaRowe was a high school graduate and attended Lane College in Chicago receiving her L.P.N. degree.
Norma was a member of the former New Covenant Presbyterian Church and was recently a member of the Johnstown Reformed Church.
She was also a member of the Friendship Club.
Survivors include two sons Larry D. LaRowe and his companion Helen Henry of Gloversville and Raymond Rizzo of Colorado Springs, Colorado, one daughter Carol Rizzo Mason of Mayfield, one brother Theodore John Collins of Colorado Springs, Colorado; five grandchildren Susan Tyler, Sherri Foskey, Starr Burton Sarra, Cristi Wendell, Elizabeth Reigles and Ryan Mason; two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins also several great nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husbands Clarence "Babe" LaRowe and Salvatore Rizzo and one daughter Sharon LaRowe Burton.
Interment will be in Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown.
