Resa DeGroff of Panama City went home to be with The Lord Dec. 19, 2014 at the age of 93.
Resa loved to be with her family, enjoyed traveling, camping and ceramics. Resa is survived by her oldest son, Hervey Jr. of Fountain, Fla., daughter Carol Fields (Kim) of Zion, Ill., son Ernest (Glenda) of Monterey, Calif., son William (JoAnne) of Tenino, Wash., son Mark (Lena) of Pennellville, N.Y., daughter Linda (Tom) of Clearlake, Calif., daughter JoAnne of Syracuse, N.Y., and son Steve (Dawn) of Fountain, Fla. Resa had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Proceeding her in death are husband Hervey Sr., son Richard, grandson Luke and daughter-in-law Gerri.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Fountain, Fla., with Pastor Doug Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014 one hour prior to services.
