43, of Camby, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving husband and children by her side on Sunday, December 14, 2014. Tammy was born on April 16, 1971 in Indianapolis to Robert E. and Doretta (Long) Blake, her parents survive. Other survivors include her husband of 22 years, Matthew R. Storms, Sr.; two children, Kristine D. and Matthew R. Storms, Jr. both of Camby; her brothers and sisters, Shirley Schloesser of Spencer, IN, Robert Blake, Jr., Victoria Blake, Karen Childers, Beverly Earehart and Bryan Blake all of Indianapolis. Tammy enjoyed her 18 years of work in the research department at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in their Indianapolis processing center. She was a member of Faith Assembly of God in Beech Grove, she enjoyed her work as a volunteer for Relay For Life and United Way; Tammy enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her three dogs, Bear, Nikkita and Sassy.
