Graduated from Mapletown High in 1944.
Brother of Herbert (Martha) Jamison; the late Gertrude (JC) Humbert; and the late Anna Norma Jamison. Grandfather to Steve (Nadine) Jamison; Marc Jamison (Courtney Ellis); Jackie (Matt) DuBroy; Julie (Joe) Brindlinger; Jennifer Doering (Chris Pickett); Charlene Doering; Shelby (Brian) Grady; Troy Jamison; Brandy Hopkins (Scott Lachanski). Education: Four years Technical Training (tool and die apprentice) at Westinghouse Electric (East Pittsburgh); Night School at Duquesne University (East Pittsburgh); Cleveland State University (Fenn College) and Baldwin Wallace – graduating in 1972. He was the first Jamison to graduate from college. Started Jamison Manufacturing in the basement of his home; was partner of Kalt Jamison Manufacturing; taught Tool and Die making at Painesville and Cuyahoga Valley Joint Vocation Schools; partner of Jamison Manufacturing until he retired in 1986. In retirement, he was an avid golfer at Sharon Country Club and a passionate gardener at home. He was known for his sense of humor. Charlie was a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
