Charles Mius (Miousse, Meuse) was born on Cap-de-Sable, Acadie. He married Marie-Josephe Guildry (Guedry) (daughter of Augustin Guildry and Jeanne Hebert) in 1745, in Acadie. He and all of his children died en route to France during the Acadian expulsion.
