Charles E. Caudill was son of the late John P. and Pearlie (Quillen) Caudill. He was born in Whitesburg, KY, June 9, 1932. He died on Monday, September 24, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY, being 86 years, 3 months and 15 days of age at the time of his death.

Charles was married to the late Christine (Duncil) Garrett Caudill who passed away on November 3, 1994. He later married Ruth (Polly) Brown Caudill who passed away on April 20, 2012. Charles was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and a great friend to all that knew him. He attended and worked with the Thornton Old Regular Baptist Church and Little Rock Old Regular Baptist Church and was an US Army veteran.

He is survived by his daughter, Sharon Garrett (Hoover Darrel) Niece of Irvine, KY; a daughter-in-law, Suzi Garrett of Ormond Beach, FL; one brother, Willis (Yogi) Caudill of Whitesburg, KY; two sisters, Geneviene Richardson of Irvine, KY and Alene Palmer of Winchester, KY; six grandchildren, Charles Taylor Garrett, Debbi Garrett, Jeremy Niece, Andar Niece, Stanley Niece and Tommy Brashears, Jr.; and ten great-grandchildren, Austin, Trevyn, Emily, Ty, Jax, Luke, Kayson, Willa, Blake, Chase. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Charles was preceded in death by a son, Gary Garrett; a daughter, Celestina Stallard; a sister, Ruby; three brothers, John P. Jr., Ruford and Granville.Charles E. Caudill
