Andrew R. Aguirre, 73, of Pueblo, passed away on Feb. 12, 1998. Born on April 5, 1924, in Farisita, Colo. Preceded in death by his parents, Nicolas and Rachel Aguirre. Survived by his loving wife, Magdlena Aguirre of the family home in Pueblo- son, Elmer Aguirre of Pueblo and daughters, Diane Espinoza, Arleen Aguirre and Janet Roybal, all of Pueblo- brother, Salvador Aguirre of Gardner- sister, Della Medina of Walsenburg and his grandchildren, Jason Aguirre, Monica Roybal, Michael Espinoza and Andrew Aguirre. Viewing, Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Romero Funeral Chapel. Vigil rosary, Sunday, Feb. 15, 1998, 7 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church. Andrew was a veteran of World War II and was decorated with The Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon with two Bronze Service Stars and Philippine Liberation Ribbon with one Bronze Service Star.
