He was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church in Baltimore. He had taught the Men's Bible Class for 20 years. He was the senior partner in the law firm of Beall, Whitney and Dumler, in Baltimore. He was a member of the York Rite of the Order of FM&AM.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Gruber Beall, of Hagerstown in 1962.
He is survived by his wife, Cora Collison Beall.
Services were held at Henry W. Jenkins & Son Funral Home, Baltimore. Graveside services were held at Rose Hill Cemetery.
